This old Portuguese Villa was built in 1629. This Villa gives you a feel of being part of a Royal Goan Family. This 5-bedroom Portuguese beauty boasts of lush green lawns, a swimming pool and fruit bearing trees. The rooms are spacious and tastefully designed and still hold some vintage furniture. The kitchen with modern amenities & a separate dining area for 12 people. Close to Hilltop, Waters, Thalassa, Mango Tree, Tito's, Saturday Night Market, Cavala etc. This Portuguese Villa is restored to perfection with modern amenities that blend with historical architecture. The Villa is very huge with a lot of area that can be comfortable enough for a group of friends and family. If you plan on living in Royalty for a few days while on vacation, this is a very good option. There are 5 large rooms that accommodate 2 guests comfortably in each room. We also provide extra floor mattresses for guests that exceed the bed count. Each bedroom has a TV set and a private attached bathroom. We also have hair dryers in each of the bathrooms. The hall is very spacious and can be used at a sit out area if you plan on mingling with your friends or family that are staying over. We have a full lap pool behind the villa. Besides the pool we have another sit out area on both the sides. We have a private dining room that seats 12 guests and is right next to the kitchen area. This Villa will definitely help you to socialize as we have specific areas meant for dining together, swimming together and chilling together. We also have care takers that will do chores around the villa whenever you need them.
